As you know, it’s time to get that all pink and white attire ready! This event will be bigger than its preceding ones.

Rosè has always existed in the shadows until the recent attention it got from the Black community which in turn shot it to popularity. Célébrez en Rosé (formerly La Fête du Rosé) is making its third opening. The picnic style music festival is back on June 11th, 2022 in Washington, DC, metropolitan area, located at the National Harbor, Maryland.Think: The infamous Polo Classic event, but with music!

In celebration of the Rose’ wines and champagnes like La Fete du Rose’, McBride Sisters Califonia Rose’, and Longevity Wine Rose’, the festival has continued to promote local talent, create memories for individuals and families alike as well as support black owned businesses.

Addressing the media recently, CEO Cleveland Spears gave a sneak peek into what to expect from this year’s event. He in particular emphasized the festival’s unique way of bringing people together including; the pink fashion (the element that brings the festival alive), the picnic style setting while watching live performances by both local and national artists all the while enjoying wine, champagne and rose’ cocktails.

Celebr`ez en Rose’ prides itself in its ability to create awesome memories for its revelers. There are photo installations with unique designs and sizes giving you Instagram ready snapshots (for real no filters needed here-wink wink). All revelers wear pink or white with a touch of pink, and there’s a lot of space to allow people do their thing.

The festival has tremendously grown in popularity over time, and has done a lot to promote black owned businesses. Cleveland Spears specifically noted that the majority of the food vending businesses at the festival are black owned. He also noted that Rose’ works together with other black wine producers. There’ll also be a market place where black business owners can showcase their arts and crafts.

This year’s lineup of performers includes; Robin Thicke, Tamia, Mya, DJ Jazzy Jeff as well as a number of Washington’s own local artists. The celebr`ez en Rose’ festival prides itself in showcasing the beauty of the National Harbor. A pride that makes us swoon.
